What does managed cloud hosting actually include?

Everything after the server exists. We provision it, monitor it, patch it, back it up and restore it when something breaks. You get 99.99% uptime and a number that a person answers, not a ticket queue.

Can you licence software for our whole team?

Yes. We are a certified reseller for Adobe, Microsoft and Bitdefender. We size the licences to your headcount, handle renewals before they lapse, and tell you when you are paying for seats nobody uses.

Do you work with government and universities?

We do. We hold licensing agreements for commercial, educational and government use, and we already support institutions including Middlesex University Mauritius. Send tenders to sales@woho.solutions.

Will you maintain a site you did not build?

Usually, yes. We have run WordPress for over a decade: maintenance, performance, security patching and ongoing development. We will audit what you have and tell you honestly whether it is worth keeping.

What happens once a project goes live?

It stays ours. Support runs on a defined SLA covering monitoring, updates and fixes. We do not hand over a login and disappear.

Something goes down out of hours. Then what?

Check status.woho.cloud first: it shows live system status, and an incident we already know about will be on it. Log anything else on the support portal so it is waiting when the day starts. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
